Yahagis Stretch Callisthenics

Yahagi's Stretch Callisthenics Bilingual version 1.1.0Here, I will introduce a smart phone app for the people having lower backaches.
Basically, a twisted lumber spine causes a lower back pain, so this callisthenics will fix the twisted spine by stimulationg from the further point of the body.
This callisthenics were developped by my father (Yoshitaka Yahagi) who was a famous athletic trainer of a proffessional baseball team in Japan about 30 years ago.
Mostly, the causes of lower back pains are unknown, but usually, we think it causes by a twisted umber spine.
To fix the twisted spine, we found that it would be good by stimulating a peripheral nerve.
Stimulating a nerves from a peripheral site of the body to the center of the nerve system, the muscles will be relaxed, so that the twisted spine would be fixed correctly performing with this callisthenics.
This app contains "8 callisthenics for the lower backaches" and "7 callisthenics for fixing twisted body".
