矢作式ストレッチ体操は、３０年ほど前に父（矢作義孝）が当時世に出ていた腰痛体操などの良い部分をまとめ、さらに独自の考え（末梢から刺激していく）を組み込んで考案したものです。日頃から溜め込んだ関節へのストレス、筋肉へのストレスを解消することができます。この体操は、甲子園優勝校やトップアスリート達に採用されていた経緯があり、効果は絶大だと思います。この体操の目的は、腰痛や肩こりの予防がメインとなりますが、関節の調整ができることから、スポーツでの故障やケガの予防にも期待できます。内容としては、「腰痛に効く八つの整体体操」と「体のゆがみを治す七つの体操」となります。腰痛の予防には、下半身を正しい状態に調整することです。下半身のバランスが整うと腰や上半身は自然と正しい状態に調整されます。腰椎のズレも正しい位置に調整されていきます。さらに、体のゆがみを治す七つの体操で、左右、上下のバランスが整い、体がスッキリするのが分かるでしょう。
その他ためになる情報では、矢作式のトレーニング法を載せていきます。これは徐々にアップデートしてきますので、ご期待下さい。
最後に、今後の予定としては、英語版の作成、その他ためになるアプリを開発していきたいと思っています。まだまだプログラミング初心者ですので、不具合があるかもしれませんが、ご了承下さい。バグ等ありましたら、ご意見、御問い合わせよろしくお願いします。
